In this episode Gerry and I take a tough hike high up into the San Gorgonio Wilderness to check out the Washington Initial Survey Point built in 1852. Along the way we tackle 4800 feet of elevation gain over a tough 16.5 miles round trip to get to the summit of nearby San Bernardino Peak and back at 10,649 feet.
